thunderous dinner

Tonight we enjoyed eating outside once again. This dinner had a twist in it though. It was thundering every few minutes and it made a delightful back drop to our dinner and conversation. The sprinkles were few, so we were given an amazing opportunity by God to enjoy this unique aspect of His creation.

vera grows and changes each day. she is 2 months old or almost 10 weeks! she loves to watch big sister halsie play and occasionally finds herself in new places, thanks to halsie..... vera weighs 11 pounds and rolling over - wow - so many changes, but lots of fun.

my apparent absentmindedness

last night around 11 pm i asked anna when vera was to eat again. i was thinking it would be sometime around 11.30. anna politely reminded me that vera has not eaten past 9.30 in 3 weeks. i guess we are all entitled to a little absentmindedness every now and then. great times. bobby
